Need an artist!

Hi everyone! It's about time for me to get another tat, but I can't find THE ONE that I want. I'm looking for an artist that can draw a pic for me - I'm willing to pay a fee for it. Anyway, I want a little black cat with white on her belly and chest with green eyes playing with either a butterfly or a lady bug with angel wings - in memory of my Callie girl that I had to put to sleep a couple of months ago. any decent tattoo artist should draw your design out for free if you ae going to have it put on you, they may ask for a deposit but that money will go towards you final balance.
