Hi Melanie, You are my #1 cheerleader. I am so glad I met you. Will let you know as soon as I find out something. Of course the insurance will be the stall. I hope so bad I don't have to appeal. I'm afraid I don't have anything to appeal with. I can't believe tomorrow will be 1 yr. for you. You have done so good and look great. I hope I do as well as you. I like being your #1 cheerleader and I am glad I met you too. The reason you should appeal if it doesn't get approved the first time is because you DO have the stuff to appeal with. The mere fact that you are nearly at a 50 BMI is proof enough. You are going to do WONDERFULLY! Melanie

Ellen, please see Gary Viscio's post on here a couple of weeks ago regarding IQ tests. They can't require them...he is a lawyer specializing in this stuff so he may be able to give you some answers we can't. Good luck but you don't need it...you WILL have this done...I just know it!
