Lap Band...cost

Does anyone know how much the Lap Band surgery costs? My mother had asked me, she's expressed interest in it. Thanks!

I think its about $13K at Centennial, Drs. Olsen, Dyer & Houston

Last year my freind payed for her's .. all three surgeons charge the same at Centennial #615-342-5830 Johanna will be happy to talk to you and give you information .she is Dr Dyer's assistant also you can ask and speak with Robin.. she is Dyer's nurse.. my freind choose Dr David Dyer.. fantastic surgeon too .. I had no pain or gas at all for my surgery ..cost was 14,000.00 and that included one year of check ups but you must pay for the fills yourself It is done as an outpatient basis at the hospital it is 100.00 dollars for Dr Dyer and 150.00 for the hospital for each fill you will usually need between 3 to 5 fillls over the space of a year or so to reach your "sweet spot" all the fills are done across the street at the hospital on an out paient basis , always with a numbing shot and always under flouro and x-rays for safety and also everytihng can be clearly seen and only takes on shot to get to the port to fill it takes only a few minutes, You feel absolutely nothing, your comfort ,and safety are assured .. Mine was 14 k with the 150 for fluro and 100 at Dr for first fills. Well worth it. Okay so I don't get a new car this year. Next year I will get a sports car convertable.

I didnt know Centennial was the cheapest. But dont think they are "cheap" on their services. Many will agree that they are very good, and many people here are their patients and very successful so far.
