HELP w/ protein pack

I tried to download the protein pack and all I got was gibberish!! I couldn't access from work either. Can someone print it out for me and bring it to tonight's meeting, or copy & paste it to the body of an email. My computer is a decrepit piece of junk and it just won't cooperate. Thanks in advance if anyone can help out.
