Going to Memphis!!!!

Good morning everyone we will be leaving in about an hour for Mempis to see the dietitian and do the nutrition class. It is going to be a long hot day. The air in our car doesn't work and old cheap a$$ won't fix it. He is skinny and heat doesn't bother him much. I will miss my walk today and I hate that. It makes a differance when I get on the scale. Hope everyone stays cool today. See you lighter. Lee Lee
