Wonderful Saturday Surprise

I am so excited.....Today I was honored to meet several of you at "It's All Sugar Free!" Connie is an angel for sure and I left pumped, encouraged and so excited. You are all the greatest and while I am not happy I am obese, if I hadn't been, I would not have had the pleasure of meeting you and becoming part of this wonderful journey. Thank you for you sincere kindness to me..... by the way....you all looked "marvelous" in my best Billy Crystal voice... Connie.....thank you for all you are doing for us. It is wonderful to know that so many care.... I can't wait to see you all again.

Janice, you'll get there too! You are doing so great! The next few months are the most important stage in the weightloss. This is when you really need to focus on your food choices and exercise. At any rate, I'm seconding what you said about Connie. She is super awesome fantastic! Connie, if you're out there lurking....come out of hiding! What you're doing is so great!  Take care of yourself Janice... remember - protein, water, and vitamins, oh and some exercise if you can :-) *hugs*

I am thinking Connie is our "bariatric angel!" The minute I walked in the store she took me under her wing like she had known me my entire life.... Thank you Connie.....we are all so lucky to have you.

It was wonderful to meet you too. Now you see why we all speak so highly of Connie too. You are off to a wonderful start. Just think, today the hill at the ball field...next summer you'll be able to get on the kiddie rides at the park with your grandkids!
