Thanks for the good thoughts, I will keep them close to my heart.  Info about the newbie.  I'm married 9 years, no children, but do have canine and feline chilren.   Milan is in West Tennessee in between Memphis and Nashville (KInd of) Very near Jackson.  I work for a 4-H Center and if your clever you can figure out which one, becasue there are only 4 in the state, one in each area.  I have limited mobility at this time and I am just looking forward to getting some kind of normal life back.  Don't care how I look  or how much I will weigh, I just want to be healthy and active again.  Thats it in a nut shell!  Not very exciting I'm afraid.
