Thanks everyone for asking the questions and for all the great answers.
I have learned more from reading on the message boards than all the classes and even the leader training that I took didn't cover very much compared to the things I have learned by reading the posts, so again I say THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH. Now if I can just remember them. I know us newbies feel like the questions we have are dumb but all you post-ops keep coming up with the right answers and never make us feel dumb. So please everyone keep asking and answering and I may make it through this journey. Sending everyone all my
