Knee Surgery Update

Hi Everybody, I had my knee surgery done Thursday. Everything is going great. I only used my crutches for a 1/2 day. I just taken 3 pain pills. I plan on returning to work Monday. If anybody ever needs an orthopedic Doctor in the Springfield area I recommend my Dr. ( Dr. George Dahir ). My weight is down 91 pounds. I'm looking forward to doing some real exercise. Steve

Hi Steve, Glad your knee surgery was a sucess. Sounds like your weight loss is too. WOW, 91 ibs. That is awesome. Keep up the great work.
