sugar free store
I don't know the recipe but I finally got to go to the "it's all sugar free" store on Friday and it was so nice in there, they were out of a lot of stuff but I got a bullet, and some of the protein bars, the cookies and cream was just AMAZING. I plan on going back when I have more $$ to spend because some of the devinci stuff just sounded mouth watering. I also want to get a couple of their sugar free cake mixes.
OH and he had about 5 or 6 Cases of the Achieve One Drink there, I think all he had was the chocolate one but still if anyone likes the chocolate he had a few cases.
He was the owner and he was just so nice, I didn't feel like a big blob in his store like I do in some of the GNC stores that I've been in. He told me about his son that likes Everquest which is what I like playing sometimes and I was just so impressed with the store.
Thanks all for telling me about it!!!
Hugs,
Angie

Melissa,
Try this recipe and see if you like it!! I found it on another board and I believe it is the best one so far, they had a Rival Ice Cream Cooler.
2 1/4 cups sugar 2 1/4 cups Nature Sweet or Splenda or XW8)
1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp. flour I have made it well without, but you can add in the flour, for this amount it shouldn't add a lot of carbs, relatively speaking LOL)
1/2 tsp. salt
5 cups milk 5 cups mice milk
4 eggs, beaten You can also use Egg Beaters
4 cups whipping cream 4 cups FF Half and Half
2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
It says to combine sugar, flour and salt in saucepan. Gradually stir in milk. Cook over med. heat approx. 15 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly.
Gradually stir about 1 cup of hot mixture into beaten eggs. Add egg mixture to remaining hot mixture, stirring constantly. Cook 1 minute; remove from heat and refrigerate for 2 hours. Combine whipping cream and vanilla in large bowl; add chilled mixture, stirring with wire whisk to combine. Freeze as directed.

Dear Melissa:
I just read about you, and, saw that Dr. Melvin is your Doctor. Isn't he wonderful? Another surgeon in Nashville did my lap band surgery, however Dr. Melvin took me over as a patient in Feb. I was 237 post op 10/26/06, I am now currently 188. It has been a very rough journed for me, none of it due to Dr. Melvin. I would love to hear from you! I live in Hendersonville, TN [email protected] PS Any others that would like to write me, I would appreciate it at my e-mail address. I am trying to figure out, how to get my profile deleted off of the website. God Bless all you Bandsters!
Love,
Kathie Sue
