Back Home
I am back home!
My surgery went really great! I am pretty sore, but with the pain meds, I actually feel much better than I thought!
Less pain than with my gallbladder removal for sure.
I told Dr Spaw he needed to sign in and see all the wonderful things we were all saying about him!
He just grinned...smiles... so maybe he will drop in.
He is such a fantastic person, Christian, and surgeon. I am actually honored he was my surgeon.
If you happen to read this... THANKS DR SPAW!
I am pretty tired, so I'll sign off.
Thanks to all of you for praying for me. I sure felt them, and still feel them.
Congratulations Ddee and welcome to the loser's bench!!
Dr. Spaw does such an amazing job. My RNY was less painful than my gallbladder removal too. Also, my scars from the RNY are less noticeable than the ones from the gallbladder. I had stitches with my lap gallbladder. Dr. Spaw just used steri-strips to close the skin for my RNY.
Hope you get plenty of rest and remember to sip, sip, sip.

Wow! How did you get home so quickly? I was gonna come see you today! Oh well, maybe we'll meet at the Lunch Bunch!
Glad to hear that everything went well. You are correct...there is no more gifted surgeon than Dr. Spaw. He is the best!
Welcome to the loser's side! You're gonna love it!
Big smile!
