I considered what Susan said about the fruit I was eating, and think I was using too much, and the way I posted it, sounded like I was using even more... LOL... *hugs* Susan! After all, she is way more experienced than I am.   So try this one: Your favorite protein (I am using Whey Courmet Vanilla Ice Cream right now, but any will work) A good blender Ice (LOTS)  water (as lil as you can to get the blender to turn) About 1/4 to 1/2 banana OR A few strawberries OR peach chunks OR pineapple frozen chunks OR Blueberries OR combine them using one of each (the frozen fruit without sugar works great) 1 package powdered "to go" Crystal Light for one serving.. I use Sunrise Splenda or sugar replacement of your choice, and the amount you need. The end result should be very thick and icy. The thicker the better! Sit back on the Losers Bench and enjoy! ahhhhhh.....

Aha!! Adding the "OR" makes it sound a lot better. LOL Isn't the Whey Gourmet just the best stuff ever? Paula gifted me with a sample of several flavors and I am in love! I placed an order with BE yesterday and I had to limit myself to one jug of WG because I had to order my Nectar Cappuccino. I've ordered the Vanilla Ice Cream. This morning I made my Banana Split protein smoothie. 1/4 of a small banana, frozen - I keep chunks of individually wrapped, frozen banana ready for use. 1 large frozen strawberry 3 chunks frozen pineapple 2 pumps each strawberry, banana, & pineapple SF Da Vinci syrup 4 "ice maker" ice cubes 1/2 cup vanilla Micellar milk 1/4 cup water to keep it from being too thick 1 scoop Matrix 5.0 Perfect Chocolate protein powder Whirl the whole thing in the Magic Bullet and the only thing missing is the whipped cream & the cherry. I usually use Vanilla protein powder and add a squirt of SF Hershey's chocolate syrup but I was out of vanilla PP. Yummmmm!
