Medic Alert Bracelet

When I said I put my surgery type, no blind NG tube and no NSAIDS, I was talking about the info I have registered with Medic Alert. My actual bracelet has Diabetic (because I still am, just diet controlled now), Migraine headaches, and allergies to Penicillin, Codeine and bee stings, as well as the toll free number to Medic Alert and my member ID. I need to have the Migraine headaches removed. I just don't feel comfortable being without my bracelet while it's being redone and I paid extra for this one to have the gold and titanium so I don't want to just buy another one either. Because of the upgraded membership I have, they will re-engrave my emblem whenever I need it done. The bracelets they talk about on the main page, "Lauren's Hope", are not affiliated with Medic Alert so you don't get the database support. The only info ER personnel will have is what is actually on your bracelet.

Thanks for the info Susan!  I didn't know.  That would possibly work for me, since there is nothing else involved.
