The Last of the Famous International Playboys......

It’s been awhile….guys…but I’m still here….having a good time….I’m just very busy. It has been a little over 2 months since surgery and I’m feeling better every day. I went to support group today for the first time and that helped also. Music has been a good friend….. as it always has……it got me moving and motivated….and it’s enjoyable.   

 

Someone told me today that I was happy….and you know…I think I really am…which comes as a shock because that’s not an emotion I experienced often before. Most of all I have this giant weight lifted off me…or you could say that fear of doom is gone.

 

Eating is going well….trying new things and drinking lots of liquids. I started at 558lbs as of November, 13 I am at 452lbs…..that’s 106lbs….Yes I know it ain't going to continue this way, but damn I’m still excited…

 

I hope everybody is doing well…and getting ready for the holidays…Have a good Thanksgiving…..and take time to think about the ones that are fighting a war and the ones that are less fortunate then we are.

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!! I know you are feeling better! My guess would be that you will be in the 300's by Christmas. How cool will that be? You are doing great and it's only going to get better. As more of the weight comes off, you will be able to be that much more active. It's a wonderful cycle. Congrats!
