Calling All Cooks! My church is having a chili cook off tomorrow and I am searching for a fabulous recipe that won't kill me.  Any ideas? Please post any recipes you are willing to share. Freddie, (a.k.a. Red Hot Chili Mama)

Freddie, I can't disclose my "secret" firehouse recipe but I will tell you to add some minced FRESH garlic to give it some amazing flavor (about 3 cloves) ...........good luck

Hmmm, I have the "Box 55" cookbook. Is your recipe in it?

Okay...I decided to go with Chili Verde.  I used country style ribs in addition to the usual ground pork.  It is nice and fiery so wish me luck!

I think I'll name it Pentacost Fire Wish me luck! Freddie
