Scott update

Well Beth just phoned(10:38)  She said that it must run in the family- Scott had adhesions and scar tissue to a previous surgery he had. (appendectimy- sp) .  They were able to cut thur this and was just starting the gastric part of the surgery.  I know Scott was scared of this after my surgery, I could see it written all over his face when they visited me in the hospiltal. So it will be a couple of more hours.  Keep praying.....

Melissa ~ Thanks for keeping us posted. My computer is SO on the fritz that I have been out of pocket and going crazy wondering how everyone is... especially you and now Scott. Remembered he was having surgery today and very thankful I could get on to find out how things are going! Please give him and Beth my love - let them both know I'm praying for them... then have them hug you back, cuz my prayers are with you as well! ~ Tara

Just spoke with Beth again(1:15).  Nurse called and said they had about another 1/2 hour to go and would call her as soon as they got him stable in recovery, said the  next time she will call me is when he is in the room

I've been lifting him and his family up in prayer all day.  I really pray that he comes through this A-OK and without complications.  I knew he was having his surgery today.  We are all looking forward to seeing him on the losers bench soon!
