Annrene Please do not go back to lurking.  I read your post.  I was hoping and praying it was not appendicitis.  I think though that its the lack of fiber in my diet.  I was reading a bit ago on the internet that you need 20-35 a day I think, and this week mine has only been 37. I have gone to the bathroom 3 x this morning.  It gets more and more loose with each one so I hope that this is almost over.  Tim is going to walgreens on his way home from work to get me some of that magnesium citrate in case I need it, and some mom (milk of mag)...  my tummy feels like its had quite a workout... I hope I dont have IBS.  I have heard of some folks having that...  with my gallbladder being out, there are certain foods I cant eat.. then I heard that with IBS, there are MORE foods you cant eat...  so with the gastric, gallbladder and IBS, what would I eat?! lol.

Honey, I can tell you this much, when I have a kidney stone, my back and front side would hurt so much that if it's in my left kidney and i lay on my left side I get very queasy.  If I lay on my right I am so dizzy.  Whenever I am asked to rate my pain on 0 -10, ten being the worst pain imaginable, I tell them 9, as a kidney stone and a bone marrow biopsy (being awake) are the worst pain you can imagine.  Nothing beats passing a stone in my book.  One will litterly knock me to the floor from a chair like I was pushed.  I know immediately when I feel that pain that I have a stone.  I had 5 within 7 weeks back in 1997.  They will make your blood pressure go sky high from the pain.  I live with extreme pain daily from the cancer in my bone marrow and the herinated disks in my neck, but nothing like passiing a stone.  I'm just sorry you have to go thru all this. I pray you will be feeling better soon,  Love ya
