Dr. Visit/not sure about Dinner Club

Hey folks, well I woke up to two swollen,red,hurting,hot ankles this morning. DH made me go to the Dr. (I didn't want to go). It seems my cellulitis(s) is back, the left is 10 times worse than the right. This has been going on for the last couple of weeks, but not this bad. The last time I had this the Dr. put me in the hospital and pumped me full of strong meds. I think he thought about doing that today, but decided to try this frist round of antibiotics and see what happens and he wants to see me back next week if they are not better. I could not even get on regular shoes today, I had to wear houseshoes. So depending on how I am doing by late tomorrow afternoon, depends on if we will be there tomorrow nite. I don't know if OG will let me in with houseshoes on or not. I also don't know if I can stand up the short time that it takes to take our group pic. So we will see what happens, I am going to try to keep them elevated as much as I can the rest of tonight and tomorrow and will go from there. Susan, if I don't make it I will have Phil to swing by there and give you the walker so that you will have it. Hope everyone is staying warm and doing good. Cheryl

hey Cheryl sorry to hear that you aren't feeling well....hope that you are doing better soon.....I don't know if I'll make tomorrow night either because right now my muscles and joints are killing me.....If I don't make it tomorrow to OG, I'll do my best to make the next lunch bunch so I can meet everybody......try to have a good evening.............................WENDY

Okay, first of all, Phil was right to make you go to the doctor!!!! Secondly, you must take care of yourself and not overextend yourself during this time!!! Thirdly, if you do get to go to the OG tomorrow night, I am sure that they will not notice the HS, and I am sure the group will be able to find a way for you to sit during the picture!! ( you or someone may have one of those foldable chairs they can pop up for the picture)
