I am glad that everything is spoken for so early, I know that is always a great thing!!!   Dale just got up and he is NOT a HAPPY CAMPER, because he has to go to school today!!!  He is also not feeling well either, Todd has been sick with a cold and it looks like Dale has gotten it now.  I know I need to stay away!! Voodoo (Let me clarify, That's me getting rid of the COLD ,not Todd or Dale LOL) Shelia

When reading the earlier post by Beth, it sounded as if we had everything we needed.  We have all the eating utensils and items that go with those.  We still need food!

I attended the lunch bunch group in January, and would like to attend next Saturday as well.  I have a dilema, however, and am asking for suggestions.  I am in the early stages of getting approval for wls (RNY with Dr. Spaw) so I have no recipes or favorite foods--at least foods appropriate to bring to the luncheon.  I will gladly provide anything that I can just purchase and bring but it appears that utensils etc. have already been claimed.  I'm not sure about the unsweetened tea and/or Splenda.  Any suggestions? I have completed the six months requirement with my pcp, the psychological and session with nutritionist, and when I checked with Dr. Spaw's office 1/28, the final paperwork had not been submitted by my PCP.  I read all the posts on the TN forum every day and thank you for all the good advice. I also plan to attend the support group meeting on Tuesday at Baptist. Jane O

Check out the www.bariatriceating.com site, Scott's blog Bald is Beautiful, or Melinda's site www.recoveringfatty.com and see if one of those will seem to help you with a dish.  There are plenty of things that you can bring, Beth or Scott can probably help you figured out what to bring!! It will be great to see you again Jane!! Are you going to be at the meeting on Tuesday night, if so, maybe we can talk about this more then!! Shelia  IDEA!!!! I've Got It  What about bottled water with Crystal light packs????

Thanks, Shelia!  Yes, I plan to attend the support group on Tuesday and can't wait to see you and everyone else.  I like the idea of bottled water and Crystal Light packs, and hope that will be something that's needed.  I hope everyone has a wonderful Sunday! Jane O

Hi Beth, I will be bringing my new favorite white bean chicken chili.   I have a lot of splenda packets if they are needed.  I come with my own water Deer Park.  I also have several different types of Fit active, Cyrstal Lite  in Pink Lemonade, Raspberry  Ice, and yellow lemonade.  Be glad to make some up and bring them along. Just let me know.   I also need Directions from Lebanon.  Thanks. Love Kathy
