adding surgery date

       Could someone tell me how I can add my surgery date to my profile.  I can't find the spot to put it!! Thanks!!! Yes, I finally have a date for lap band surgery.  Next Tues, March 4!!

Congrats on the date! Go to the top of the page where it says My OH.  From there you will see your avatar, beneath that, click on My Account.  In the middle of the page, you will see "Surgery related".  Scroll down that list and click on "I've got a date"
