Exercise List 2/26
OK simply put started this yesterday to help keep us all motivated and its a way to keep us accountable to each other.
My hope each day someone new will start the list so it doesn't appear to be any one persons project but ours as a group.
Even if you don't exercise that day report in. You don't have to be fancy just say hey I didn't get off the couch or I walked a mile.
I guess we will see if it works or dies a slow death?
