Well the Father in Law has requested that I make dessert for this evening.  So, I went back and tweaked the "Died and Gone to Heaven Chocolate Cake".  This time, we made cup cakes instead.  It not only brought the nutritional info down, but I think they turned out really nice.  You can view the pics and recipe at the link below. RJ came up with an idea for the left over frosting.  What an idea it was!  How about taking 2 Murray's Sugar Free Shortbread Cookies and some of the remaining sugar free frosting form the above cake.  Put them together and freeze them.  Walla...Sugar Free Ice Cream Sandwiches.  The link is below for them also! Have a great Easter! Died and Gone to Heaven Chocolate Cup Cakes Sugar Free Ice Cream Sandwiches Enjoy and remember,,,Moderation is the key!

Oh My gosh Scott they look so good but my question is nobody here watched sugar alcohol? Am I losing my mind here? What about carbs? I watch fat and carbs and sugar (all sugars) and I also watch calories. Am I a freak?

Hey Susan!  No you are not a freak!  But from what I have seen, the only thing that has Sugar Alcohols listed is the Murray's Cookies.  2 cookies only give you .5g of Sugar Alcohols.  That's really not bad.  The carbs might be a little high, but no totally outrageous.  Remember this though, this would only be for a special occasion, not an everyday dessert.
