I hit the GYM today!!!! Wooohooo. It felt so good to get on that eliptical for 45 minutes. Then I did 45 minutes of weights, 60 sidebends, and 60 push ups on the stability ball.
Hit the gym today also. 30 min on the eliptical, 30 minutes on the tread mill and did a couple of weight machines. I'm tired!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
