Whad'ya Eat Today? Weekend Edition

I'll jump in and play too. If I can remember everything I ate. Breakfast: protein cappuccino snack: CarbMaster yogurt with 1/8 cup (1/2 serving) Bear Naked Granola Lunch: chicken, green beans, red grapes snack: 2 cups popcorn late afternoon pick me up: Starbucks Venti Latte, nonfat, 3 Splenda Supper: 2 oz meat from hubby's Arby's Roast Beef sandwich with a dab of Horsey & Arby's sauce Prom snacks: EAS Cafe Caramel protein shake, 1 oz protein chips, 1/2 cup red grapes (we were there for 6 1/2 hours) water for the day = 88 oz Post prom: 2 eggs, bite of Bill's waffle, and a bite of the nastiest grits I've ever tasted in a Waffle House Note - this last was eaten shortly after midnight and is our after prom tradition.

Brkfst: Cracker Barrell - one egg over easy; 1/4 pc wheat toast w/sf jelly; 1 pc bacon Snack:  A few bites of Supreme Protein quadruple layer protein bar... SUSAN, BETH, SHELIA (the 3 musketeers?) lol...all got  a taste today. Lunch:  Mike and I went to O Charleys. I had chicken quesadilla which I scraped the contents out of the shell.  Snack:  cappuccino from starbucks Supper - my honey is taking me to longhorn.  It IS Saturday night after all....

Susan:  OMG!  I just love Bear Naked Granola in my yogurt!!!  I love that stuff.  It is just so awesome.  You are a woman after my heart! I like the maple Grove low carb, no sugar pancakes.  I cut up a sugar free chocolate bar and put it in the mix...  we had sugar free pancake syrup.  Those are the best!  Tim loves them and you KNOW how he does not like "my food"... Hey the other day he actually DRANK a mocha frappuccino!!! OMG is it the end of the world? I am afraid that he is going to fall in love with my products, and then I can't save them for myself! boo hoo!

Y'all make sure you are sitting down and holding on tight for this. Susan has been a very bad WLS patient today. Breakfast: protein cappuccino on the way to the Plus Size yard sale at 7 A.M.: Starbucks, venti latte, nonfat, 3 Splenda Later, during the yard sale...Starbucks run: venti latte, nonfat, 3 Splenda and a bite of Mel's protein bar that made my eyes roll back in my head After the yard sale, in Sam's: sampled salmon, beef chimichanga, sandwich made with sliced beef, asiago, red & yellow bell pepper, onion and honey mustard on croissant (but I passed on the red potato salad, chicken fried steak w/gravy, italian sausage, and buffalo wing) 2 pm - Slim Fast low carb RTD Supper: 2 oz rotisserie chicken, 1 cup baby greens, 1 Tblsp Hidden Valley Ranch dressing, 4 slices english cucumber Water for the day: 48 oz so far but I'm working on it

Breakfast : Carnation Instant Breakfast Sugar Free French Vanilla with 8 oz fat free skim milk with Weight control Quaker Instant Oatmeal ( Banana Nut flavor) 

 

Snack: Cheese and slice of ham

 

Lunch: Arby's Roast beef with out the bread and ate only half the meat 

 

Snack: 2 SF Cookies (made with splenda sugar total is less than >2 grams each)

 

Dinner: 90% Beef patties ate with 1/4 cup Green Beans

 

 Evening Snack:South Beach Diet: Breakfast Bar

B- 1/2 carton of Carbmasters yogurt

Lunch- baked spicy chicken (3 ozs.)

Dinner- Bocca Veggie Burger with cheese, mustard and light mayo (wasn't very good and didn't eat all of it)

1/2 of pure protein bar

60 ozs. of water
