This board has been my home since April 2006.  My family lives here.  My friends live here.  Just so happens yes I am human and I get my feelings hurt, I get discouraged, just like everybody else.  I am not going to leave.  I have blocked a member or two, thanks for some new info on how to do that...  so it's back to Peaceful Land of the Living.  Plus, I went shopping today and got a new outfit for spring/summer.  What girl can stay upset with a new outfit?  Come on girls, you know what I am talking about!  Equipped with shoes! lol So I might be the one and only one posting what I ate today.  Should anyone want to post, feel free.  If not, I will continue so that perhaps I can stay accountable to my own diet, and maybe someone will get a few meal ideas.  My tummy appeared to be happy with my food choices... Morning Up & At Em Protein: Nectar Cappuccino in my coffee, 1 oz Labrada Lean Body Vanilla to cream it up Breakfast: Hard boiled egg Mid Morning Protein: 1 sleeve Hawaiian Punch Singles to Go Lemon Berry (thanks SweetMsRe for giving me this idea...  it's found at Walmart for $1 a box) 1 scoop Whey Gourmet Rasberry Smoothie 16.9 oz water Lunch: chicken breast, 5 Kay's Natural White Cheddar Kruncheez protein chips Supper: Chicken breast wrap - removed the wrap. It makes a good paper plate though! Evening Protein: Another of the mid morning only I added 3 strawberries, 4 oz lemonade, 2 oz of Diet Cranberry Ocean Spray. OH It was soooo good! Remember that the purpose of this post is accountability to yourself.  If you want advice on your eating choices, please ask.  Posters, please be respectful and tactful in your responses to others and their choices.

Yay Melinda!!! I'm sure you look mahvelous in your new outfit. I'm not getting enough protein and I don't like my plain chocolate protein powder or vanilla one either.

Breakfast- tuna on 1/2 of a light flat out wrap

Lunch-tuna on about 3 triscuits

Supper- roastbeef wrapped around a cheesestick

Still working on my water. Oh and I love the Lemonberry SF Hawaiian Punch. Yum

Neena If you want some recipes, just holla!  Would you like to have some protein samples?  PM me and I can meet you if you are local, or ship you some.  I am getting three new ones soon:  Syntha6 Mochachinno, Whey Gourmet Choc Peanut Butter, Whey Gourmet Arctic Cappuccino. I also ordered Whey Gourmet Strawberry banana smoothie. Can't wait, can't wait! HotMama, I like to add a few tblsp of mixed nuts (cashews, almonds, peanuts) to yogurt sometimes.  Or, cut up an Atkins chocolate coconut bar into my peanut mixture...  almonds with that taste just like almond joy.  I slice it in tiny teeny chunks and keep it in an airtight container because I only do them in small amounts (2 tblsp).  Just some thoughts... and the chocolate coconut is usually in "real trail mixes" so this is like the real thing... lol

Juanita, Is the Body Fortress powder good?  Compared to say, Matrix Chocolate?  I have seen it at Walmart, and heard a lot of people using it but have never tried.  Maybe you can bring me a sample at the next gathering we have.  I have upped my protein intake over the past few weeks (average looks to be about 115-150), my hair seems to be growing and thicker.  I didn't think a thing about it, but Tim noticed it the other day.  Now if I could just get these nails to grow.  OH Yeah, I have to stop biting them, huh?
