Whad'ya Eat Today? Tuesday
Big Train can be found at www.bigtrain.com
They are low carb products and are very good. A few are: peanut butter cookies, brownies, pancake mix, iced lattes (mocha & vanilla), hot chocolate. Bariatric Eating's website sells them too, you can find them on Netrition.com, several places... I always like to look around on the net for the cheapest prices on the product and shipping.
I haven't tried the pancake mix, but you can get a mix locally which is the Sugar Free Maple Grove which is found at Wild Oats for 3.49. they are really good, too. Scott also has a recipe on his site for cottage cheese pancakes. I think it originally came from Bariatric Eating, but don't quote me on that one... Scott?
There are also some great sugar free syrups out there... Log Cabin, Smuckers, Mrs. Butterworth, Walden Farms, Vermont something or other... or you can crush up a sugar free choc bar and make choc chip pancakes. Or add some blueberries. Or strawberries, in batter or on top... with some whip cream. I guess the possibilities are endless!
