I wanted to share that I have been experimenting with my new ice cream maker that I got at Walmart for $30.  It is the one that you freeze the container = no ice or salt needed.  Well, I have tried different recipes (using Fage yogurt) and threw away all of them except this one... So I thought I'd share and let you all experiment to and see if we can get this recipe perfect. 1 3/4 C 1%milk 2 tsp Knox gelatin 1 C Splenda 1 tsp Vanilla 3 containers of Kroger CarbMaster Vanilla yogurt. Put 1/2 C of cold milk in a bowl and sprinkle the gelatin on top Boil the rest of the milk with the Splenda Mix the two milk mixtures together and let cool Add the vanilla Whisk in the yogurt Pour into your ice cream maker 4oz serving nut info as follows: 41 cals  4.5 carbs (1.6 sugars) 4 proteins

I agree with Scott, do you deliver!!!!!  I wonder if you could substitue the milk with the Vanillia Ice Cream Labroda Lean Body RTD protein shake if it would alter the taste too much??\ I will be at work from 7-5:30 today, so I would be glad to take a delivery anytime between those hours!!! LOL Have a good day,  Shelia
