I walked my kids to school 1.5 miles. I did 1 hour worth of weights. 60 sidebends each side. Then walked the 1.5 miles home.

Wow, that is awesome Gidget.  I was planning on going to the gym last night, but was exhausted after taking my mother all over the place yesterday.  Today is going to be my normal day off from the gym, but I'm going to try to go tomorrow night and then I have my session with the trainer on Friday night.

33 minutes on the elliptical....weight loss option...400 cal burned 20 min on treadmill...cal burner option ..3.5 mph...150 cal burned i gotta get this baby weight off!

And you will.  You did a good job today and you will do another good job tomorrow and so on.  You are headed in the right direction and it won't be long before you will be right here you want to be.  Keep up the good work and give that sweet boy of yours a little hug for me.

This is a day late, but better than never.   Doing this keeps me motivated. I worked all day, was able to get in a mile during luch.  Total Steps for the day was 7580.    We also had a Administrative Assistant's lunch today (pot luck--which can be dangerous with Nurse doing the cooking)  I was proud that I did so well.  Ate a piece of chicken (I pulled off the breading), had bit of broccoli and of green beans.   No one noticed that I didn't fill my plate.  (Very few know about my surgery yet).   Someone did notice that I did help myself to the dessert table. Was happy.
