Well the saying is, better late than never!? Sorry I am so late. I had an emergency last minute hair appt! I got my hair trimmed up, and bleached out more blonde than I have ever gotten it. I like it a lot. Tim & my mother say they like it too. We'll see. How did ya'lls day go? Mine was good... got flowers for Admin Day. 3 Red Roses from my 2 bosses, and I got to take almost 3 hours off to attend a luncheon with a coworker. We had lots of fun! I won 2 tickets to a concert on May 20th. Then I got a massage from a lady who visited the office, and it was wonderful. An extra plus, she had gastric bypass in 2001 and has lost 300 lbs, so we chatted on and on. It was an enjoyable visit. I gave her an AchievOne Vanilla Nut. She had never heard of these, and she loved it. It's that time again. Let's chat about our food choices for the day. Started the morning with a Mocha Then had a nectar cappuccino in my coffee Late breakfast which was yesterday's leftover stir fry chicken (I needed the protein) Lunch - pulled beef, chicken, few pieces of salad, cucumber Supper - Mom's meat loaf & mixed vegs which I picked out the potatoes & celery On the way home, i stopped at Keva Juice and got a Bull's Eye (sugar free red bull protein drink). 6 carbs, zero sugar... I had a very light lunch since eating breakfast so late... so by the time supper got there, I really needed it bad! I think I was about to have a low blood sugar episode. I did not refill my pocket book (aka my lunch box). So I will definitely do that tonight to be ready at all times! How did your eating fare?

I tend to be very boring in my food choices.  It seems I am eating the same thing day in day out!  So, here it goes! Breakfast: 1 EAS Café Caramel Protein Shake, and of course my vitamins.  what else would a person be doing at 3:00 a.m. Mid morning snack: 9 Smart Cakes (Orville Redinbacker) 60 calories Lunch: 4 oz tuna salad, 4 black pepper triscuits, 1 sugar free sweet pickle spear Mid afternoon snack: 1 EAS chocolate Fudge Protein Shake Dinner: Leftovers-grilled chicken tenders along with some grilled veggies Kinda boring !  Watch out for tomorrows post!  We are having a pot luck at work .  I have been promised there will be things for me to eat.  I have no doubt about that.  In fact, I took control of the desserts so everything will be sugar free!

Yesterday involved a lot of running around for me. Had to go back out to the Career Center and look at the list of unavailable jobs they have & meet with a counselor. (stupid waste of time and gas but required by unemployment office) Then I went to the recycling center, got my oil changed, hit Starbucks for a pick-me-up and then to Target & Wally World to pick up a few things. 5 a.m. - protein cappuccino breakfast - EAS Cafe Caramel protein drink lunch - 1 cup baby romaine, 2 oz ham, 1 Tblsp Honey Mustard dressing afternoon pick-me-up - Starbucks venti latte, nonfat, 3 Splenda supper - 1/4 cup LF Ricotta, 2 oz ground beef w/spag. sauce, 1 oz Italian Blend cheese, very small pc garlic bread snack - Carb Master yogurt water - 90 oz
