Slowly but surely....
I am loosing this weight! I started out at over 400 pounds just over a year ago (February 2007) and I am now down to 247! 2 more pounds and I actually make my May day challenge! But the purpose of this post is I AM NO LONGER SUPER SUPER MORBIDLY OBESE!!!! I am just severly obese! I have gone from a BMI of 67 to 39.9. I'm not loosing as fast as Superman, who will have to do back flips later this week, but I am still loosing! For a while there I thought I had finished, about every 10 pounds I tend to think that, but the scale keeps on moving! I have lost over 120 pounds since last June's surgery, so I am pleased with that. I may never be a size 4-6, but I don't care, as long as I am healthy and can enjoy life. I have enjoyed my life so much this past year, and it keeps getting better! So, I THANK GOD for this life altering and saving surgery, my wonderful surgeon, Dr. David Dyer, a great bunch of new friends, and of course my loving son, and OH YEAH, MY GREAT DH, SUPERMAN! Well, he does look good in a cape! As Freddie says, Hugs and kisses to my peeps!

Just want to encourage you hun. I speak from experience. I too was over 400 lbs before and even day of my surgery. It takes us longer because we had so much to lose but you are doing just great so don't you worry bout nothin. Yeah we may never be a size 4-6 but right now I am in a size I have no memory of being in before and to me that is awesome. 120 lbs is nothing to laugh at and you will lose more I know. I am proud of you, Keep up the great work !!!!!
You look wonderful!
You will get down to the size that is best for you. At your height a 4-6 just isn't reasonable anyway.
