I have a transfer addiction
It is the new Syntha 6 Moccachino. OMG its good! Here is what I did to it:
1/2 scoop of Moccachino (this powder is kinda high in carbs)
1/2 scoop Chocolate Matrix
1 sleeve Kroger SF Chocolate milk mix
4 oz Hood milk
8 oz water
lots of ice
approx 3 oz cold coffee
OH MY! It is sooooo good!
And also, I wanted to let you know... I went to GNC last week to buy my Supreme Protein bars, and they were OUT! I SHOULD keep my secrets to myself... but I won't. I went last night and bought an entire case. So nanny nanny stinkin boo boo
Mel, I am new to OH and also pre-op and I'm a "lurker" but have been copying your recipes for "the right time" hehe. This one sounds really good! I am going to try it tomorrow! Thank you for the wealth of information you provide!

I'm glad someone can get some use out of them, Michelle!
Kroger has a brand in the hot chocolate section... its "In An Instant Sugar Free Chocolate Milk Mix". They are zero sugars, about one carb per packet. I add these now to my chocolate shakes and add more water, water/Hood milk combo, approximately 4 extra oz. It makes it stronger tasting and it goes farther! I love this drink... that way I get MORE liquid, MORE yumminess, with protein! yeehaw! lol
You can add some cold coffee if you want to.... yum yum
I was told to increase my protein intake on this pre-op diet and I'm really amazed at how hard it is to do! PLUS, Ive been reading all of the profiles and see that alot of people have a hard time with the protein intake after surgery, I imagine getting used to it now can't be a bad thing! I am sending my hubby to Kroger for all of this stuff tonight LOL!!!
