That said, it's time to report in on the May Day mini-challenge...

Well, I think I remember wanting to be at 230 (down 12 pounds) from my prior weight. I MADE IT!! I am at 229= -13 pounds.
Can we make the next mini goal July 4th?? or is that too far out??

Ok, so, I didn't make my goal - BLECH - but I did lose. My starting weight was 240. I wanted to be at 225 by today, but only made it to 227.9. On Sunday, my weight was 226.5, so I don't know why it's up by 1.4 pounds, but it is what it is. I'm just a little frustrated that I'm down to losing an average of 2 pounds a week - it just seems entirely too soon for it to be so slow.
Anyway, I lost a total of 12.1 pounds for this challenge.

It's awesome that you lost 12 pounds for this challenge. Don't worry that you didn't meet your goal, what's important is that you set a goal and worked for it. The benefit is that you're 12 pounds down! So, now we set another goal and work toward it... and before you know it, all these mini goals will add up and you'll be at your ultimate goal!
