Well, I started out at 242 for this mini challenge. My goal was to be at 230 by May 1. My stupid little comment was, "If I reach my goal, I will do backflips at the next Lunch Bunch".. I think my animation answers the question! As of this morrning I weighed 223. So I met my goal of 12 pounds lost and ended up losing 19 pounds! I hope this back flip will suffice as my payment. If not, I think I will go see Dr. Dyer before hand and see if he will write me an excuse!

OH MY WORD!!! I think for the first time ever, I want to be a man --- ha ha! Congratulations, Scott, that is really awesome. But, don't make promises you can't keep... we will be expecting backflips at the picnic - no dr's note accepted! ~ Tara
Ok, My starting weight for this challenge was 237. My goal was to lose to 225. As of last Friday, I weighed 222.something....so I met the goal!!! Yeeah! I never used to meet weight loss goals before now!
