What Did You Eat Today? Weekend Edition

Hello, friends!   I am sorry to not have posted the thread last night!  I was asked to come speak at our Succeed program to represent the RNY surgery and then I went out with Tim & Mike (my 2 favorite men) and then I was exhausted.  We got home around 8:45.  I am posting early early early today because I have a date tonight!  Yes me and my sweetheart are going somewhere...  I have no clue as to where... I always get to pick and I might be in the mood for a movie if something is playing early.  We don't go to the 7 pm shows... we're getting too old to be out that late, HAHA!  Actually we enjoy going to the 4 - 5 pm shows and its still light when we get out... makes us feel like the night is still young (makes me feel youngER) haha Well I feel like I've eaten the house down today when really, I'm just bloated.  Here is my daily rundown: Early Morning Protein 1/2 scoop Moccachino (I conserve on it cause I like it twice a day!); 1/2 Matrix Chocolate; 1 sleeve SF Choc milk mix; 4 oz Hood milk, 8 oz water; Lots of ice! Breakfast 1/2 Sugar Free Belgian Waffle Mid Morning Protein Another Moccachino only this time I used 1/4 scoop of Moccachino to save my powder! I'm a tight wad Lunch ham, american & swiss cheese Afternoon "SNACK" Not protein really.  I don't know why I wanted so much snackies Cafe Americana, SF vanilla, steamed half & half A few tblsp of cashews which made me feel like a snacker Then I had two bites of a Supreme Protein bar So tell me how your day fared. Was your pouch happy?  Sad?  Angry?
