Lapband over Rny

Hey guys, I don't post a lot, but  lately  I have been on the other boards, but I have been checking out everyone here, and think it is great! I live in Tn and will be having a lapband placed over my Rny on june 24, is there anyone on the local board that has had this done?  just curious, I had been swaying back and forth between the band and the DS, but I don't think I am quite ready for that extreme of  a procedure, plus I would have to go out of state to have it done, which I cannot afford, and also  I am a revision, ( I did call dr spaws office in nashville, and he is not doing revisions right now) anyway,    Hang in there everyone!  Your doing great!      Thanks

If you go to the band board I think there are a few people there who have had that done and seem to be doing very well with it.

Thanks debbie, I have posted there and on the revision board, but was curious if anyone around Nashville had had it done,  I am just so confused right now, and just hope that this is going to work for me! especially being my second WLS. I know I was lucky to get the insurance to cover my revision, so I know they would not cover a third procedure, so I just want to make sure I am picking the right surgery, I am having it done june 24, and I have also found 2 other people ( not from tn) on the revision board that are having the same thing done also in june, so we are going to try and keep up with each other.      Thanks again!      and keep up the good work!       Nancy
