Body Fortress Shaker Cup
Hi all. Melinda suggested I mention something I found at Walmart the other night when I bought the Body Fortress Vanilla protein powder. They had a Body Fortress shaker cup and I knew I needed something to make my shakes in so I bought it. It was about $2.42. When I got it home I found that it had a little plastic screen in the lid to help the powder dissolve better. I didn't think the shake I made was gritty at all, but then I'm new to protein shakes. Melinda asked me to try making a shake without the screen to see if it is gritty then. I will post tomorrow after I try with my opinion on it. The cup is fairly nice for the price. It has a sipper cap with lid.
