Questions about Dollywood and Splash Country??

Good morning everyone. My family is planning a vacation to Gatlinburg in a few weeks and we are going to visit Dollywood and Splash Country. I have been to Dollywood, but I was almost a hundred pounds heavier and did not attempt to ride ANYTHING!  My questions to all of you is this.....I am now a size 18/20 depending on what it is, I am 5' 7", and weigh about 260. I am down from 359, but I am still afraid that I will not be able to ride anything at either park. If anyone has been and has some advice that would be great!  Thanks!

Hi, I live right behind Dollywood.  Yes, at size 18/20, you will be able to ride almost everything.  In fact, I can't think of anything that you can't ride.  I hope you have a great time, and don't forget the best part about this area-the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Marilyn

Marilyn,  Thanks for the help. I know that we will have a great time, we love the area so much. I keep saying that some day I am going to own a house up there and then retire there! We could be neighbors someday. LOL  I love the mountains and the natural beauty of the area. I so enjoy Cades Cove every single time we go!  Thanks again and have a great weekend. We are off to the lake this weekend. No rides to worry about, just me in a bathing suit.....scary enough!

Jenn, that is AWESOME,  your picture look GREAT!!!  You should be able to ride what you want to ride and as often as your stomach will let you.   Have a wonderful time and enjoy the rides with your children........the best part.
