I know whay I'm up, but why are you? These are great questions that can be answered in time. 
Here's a suggestion, why don't you write them down and then give Beth a call. I believe between the 2 of you, a common answer can be reached.

We will post seperately for everyone that is coming and make a list of possible things to bring. Like Scott says, make a list of questions and talk with Beth about this and keep Mom and me in the loop. Just because we are volunteering the house, the pool, the grill doesn't mean we won't do something else. Maybe a couple of people can pitch in for the meats. But don't worry, we still have a few weeks to start getting everything straightened out.
As for the directions, ANYONE that is coming or thinking about coming, please PM me or Sue directly for directions. Her and I agree that we aren't too crazy about posting for the world to see our address.
