I bet that the vitamins that you bought are the Bariatric Advantage. Those were the first one's that I bought.

One thing that I would recommend is wait till after your surgery and make sure that you still do not like those as tastes ALWAYS change after surgery. I know that that is wierd, but you will see what I mean.

If you still do like them after surgery, I might recommend that you try the Celebrate vitamins. You can get these in Nashville at the Pharmacy at Baptist. I beleive that they will let you try them before you purchase them.

I like these better than the Bariatric Advantage.

I use it to track weight and measurements only. I have not printed out any reports. I do like how it charts your weight and measurements. I take my measurements every month and enter them. I regularly update my weight loss throughout the week. It's a good tool.

Height 5'9" Highest BMI - 45.3 Current BMI - 24.2
03/27/10 - 307 (pre-surgery), 03/30/10 - 303 (surgery), Now - 164

Topic: Semi-new with a question.

Hi everyone! I lurk mostly, so I thought I'd say hi before asking my question :) I'm pre-op and see Dr. Boyce. My surgery is on July 7th. I just started my pre-op diet 3 days ago. I bought the orange flavored chewable vitamins from their office, and I absolutely cannot stand them. Problem is, I paid $28 for this huge bottle. Is there anyone here that is lurking that maybe need some and would be willing to reimburse me a lil for them, so I can go buy the regular kind? I hate to have wasted $28 on something that makes me sick just looking at. I'm sure they're great for other people, but it's just the texture that bothers me. The bottle is a 180 day supply, and I've only taken 2 from it.

Hi! I'm mostly a lurker here, but hope to change that :) I'm just outside of Knoxville and I see Dr. Boyce. My surgery is July 7th. :) I agree with you, the presurgery requirements were tedious! Seems like I was always doing something to get approved!

i use it and have been since shortly after it arrived. You can ,and I do,track all the things you mentioned. it is easy to navigate and there are many food items already entered and it is easy to add new ones.

I like it as well as any of the others I visited and since I visit here daily it is one less site to have to go to.

Hey guys...i am looking for some people in East Tenn that are working toward WLS. I am half way thru my insurance requirements, and hoping to have surgery with K Robert Williams near the end of the year. The requirements are a challenge, not to mention lack of support from family/friends/coworkers. lookin forward to hearing from someone as excited as me...
