Hi Jane, When my mom passed away 4 years ago I was all ready to go ahead with a lawsuit against her pharmacist. Short story is that I decided not to proceed although I did get him fined and license suspended. I just couldn't keep up with the energy needed to keep the suit going. Anyway, you are remarkably strong and I admire you. Jen
