Paul, The love you both share for eachother is beautiful. Thanks for sharing a little of yourselves with us. My thoughts and prayers have been with you, Lei, Mike, Tom, their families and your shipmates. I hope we get to see eachother again. Until your return we will strive to keep your beautiful wife busy. Paul, Mike and I are thinking of you and your shipmates and have been praying for peace and closure for you all. Paul, your whole Navy family is in my thoughts and prayers. As a former Navy wife, I know how hard it is to lose someone you work very close with. Unless you have been in the military or are the spouse of a military man/woman, it's difficult for people to understand that kind of bond unless they have been there themselves. I know that Tom and Mike will always be remembered for their dedicated service and mostly they're bond with their shipmates. I know that life as a submariner is different than being on a ****hey truly are like family. I know that Leilani and you have a very special marriage. One of which should be the envy of everyone. I know that what happens to you, happens to her too. I love her to pieces and know that she will always have people here to rely on while you are gone. Stay safe and come home soon. Jane

Paul, thank you so much for giving us a personal post. It is so appreciated. I am so glad you are okay and will soon be back in Lei's arms where you belong. Lei is so very special to all of us. Even going through all this she still had kind thoughts for me when I got my date for surgery...ever so supportive!! I also would like to take the time to thank you and all your shipmates for everything you do to keep us safe and free!!
