New format Where's my profile?

Ok--so I admit it. I am completely technically challenged! Tonight I "clicked" to switch to the new format for my profile assuming that my info would just be transferred over. But....NOTHING . Has all the info been lost? If not--how do I get it in the new format? There is no way I can remember the dates and all the info that I had on my profile. Anyone else have this problem? Also how do I get the 3 Century Club card in my profile? Thanks---I appreciate any and all HELP! Angel on your shoulder

It's showing up for me! Maybe you need to refresh or dump your cookies, I don't know. Also if your old profile appears. At the top will say something like Click here for new profile So click on that.

How do you dump your cookies? I can't get my information to show up on Dr. Clark's webpage, it doesn't come over from the OH website . . . Thanks, Helen

That's not really a problem with cookies. I can't get some of my stuff to show up there either. I think it might have to be manually done? I have no clue.

BTW, Congrats on your upcoming surgery with Dr. Clark. He's my Hero!!! Be forewarned though, he does his hospital rounds at the crack of dawn. Like between 4:30 am and 5:30 am. I'm not kidding!! Susie will take good care of you and if you need to complain about the nurses (and you probally will), tell her! the night people are good though, it's the day people that suck, at least they did when I had my surgery. Sorry, I'm a serial poster, I can see your profile from Dr. Clarks member directory. Try logging off and then logging back in.

Cindy, Go up on this page and you will see a little arrow . This is where your shortcuts are . GO to the tab that says ACCOUNT . Log on and you will be able to convert your old profile over .. that is if they have not frozen it already . OH reminded us months ago that we had time to transfer everything over , and then they where going to start shutting down the old profiles . Try doing this and see if you can convert it to the new one .. or atleast copy and paste over to the new one . If you need help , try going to the OH IT staff and let them know . Hugs, Natalie
