Sorry its been so long since ive posted... I've stopped by here and there to check posts... and Jackie I missed the last meeting for some reason I thought it was this week... my bad... Ive been alittle busy.. but doing really good.... I need to get on the ball and take my vitamins like im suppose too.. ive skipped some.. and same on my protein drinks.... ive gone down 40 pounds now since my surgery on november 15th.. and started in a size 20 tight... and now fit into a size 15... : )) i saw some people i havent seen since before my surgery... and their words were.... Beth your melting away.... Loved hearing those words...
I just need to really get on track... with my vitamins and protein.... i found out i really cant eat meat anymore... any kind of meat makes me sick... not to where i need to throw up but i just dont like how it sits in my stomach..
and after 2 months i thought i would start having a appetite... i still dont have one.. i eat cuz i have too not becuz i want too.. i can go all day on water alone.... but i do nibble on cheese or yogurt... and i love salads like its going out of style...
but other than that things are good.... i will post more often

Hi Beth , I have been worried about you because you usualy post more and always come to our meetings. We have a new location for our next meeting so watch for the emails - better meeting room and still easy to get to.
Yes you need to take your vits religiously especially if you are not eating as much and especially drink your protein or you are going to get weak and your lovely hair will start to fall out...
It always makes you feel good when people notice and once you get past 50lbs people really start to notice then! Congrats on going down sizes - I bet we won't recognize you when we see you next because it will have been 2 months...
Don't be discouraged about meat - sometimes it is 5 or 6 months or more before people can really eat meat - but you can eat lots of other proteins like seafood, cheese, soy and usually ground beef or ground turkey as in chili etc goes down pretty well.....
Not having an apetite is an advantage believe me - when it returns you long for the days when it wasn't there....
And stay away from carbs as much as you can - they will affect your weight loss...
Stay well and stay in touch or we worry about you!!
By the way Juli had her surgery on Tuesday. We took her measurements and before picture at our last support meeting. I talked with her yesterday and she sounded well. She should be released today.
