A little update about ME

hello everyone Well where do I start, this has been a wondeful journey so far. I will be 3months on Feb 13 and have lost 68 pounds...I can't believe that I have lost that much. I feel great and have tons of energy. I have had so many WOW moments, its unbelieveable. I can now play with my daughter and be able to still breathe. I took my daughter to Kangaroo Jacs (its a big 12,000.00 square foot play place in Greenbrier) I had enough energy to get in these inflatable play things with her and not feel like the inflatable was going to pop because of me, it was great. I went through tunnels. I slided down the slides and my daughter just thought that was great, I would have never been able to do that weighing 257. I am now 189. The food used to bother me as far as when I saw people eating or when I was invited to get togethers but now I know I just CAN"T have it...I have pictures up on my myspace, just look me up or look on everyones else page and I am there friends like cheryls and ambers page and christines...I will keep updating as the weight keeps coming off. Thank you everyone for your support..

Congrats on your success Jessica, you are doing great! Aren't those wow moments unbelievable. I know one of my favorites it how much I can play with my nieces & nephews now. Don't let that food demon get you. It does take longer to make our brains catch up with us and the first few months was the hardest for me but you can make it. Keep up the great work. Courtney
