I have....

a March 8th consult date with Dr. Kevan Mann! I was called this AM from Naval Medical Center Portsmouth that my number "was up". This is one line I didn't mind being in. Keeping my fingers crossed that all goes smoothly and I will get a surgery date. Jen

YEAH I'm so happy for you. It took me 3 months after my first meeting with Dr. Chastanet to get my surgery. The quicker you get all your stuff done that the ask of you the quicker you get your date for surgery!!! Keep us updated.....Minette

Hi Jen, That's terrific - I'm very happy for you! I know some will say that the time will fly by, but for me, it crawled . It's still crawling too - I got approved 2 weeks ago today, but am still waiting for a surgery date. Hopefully, you are not as impatient as I am so it will go by quicker for you. Best wishes! Robin

that's awesome Jen.... I had my appt with him on Jan 4th and now all i have left to do is get my labs done again next week, they want my iron and protein up... And after that i'm cleared and can get my pre-op scheduled and hopefully with that i'll get my surgery date!!!!! Dr. Mann is awesome!!!!!!!
