No Motivation

Thanks Joe for your words and wanting to help.I am not having issues to say as in swallowing the pills..I am having issues with them coming back up.Trust me I have two pills that are pretty big. Yes I had Dr Hutcher at St Marys. (commen wealth) I do try walking by going to the stores or the mall and window shop but that is only ammusing for so long..lol You left a Number stating Ft Lee...you work there as a civillian?? That is where my husband is stationed but right now in MD for a class till the 22nd We can always meet at the track?? lmao..

Swallowing wasn't an issue for me either, it was that if I took to many at once or the larger ones would get stuck and take up to 2 hours to go down or (more often) come back up. Geesch, I'd thought they would dissolve faster than that. I couldn't even hold down water sometimes. I had Dr. Hutcher too. Yes I am a contractor at 10500 on 3901 A Ave, CASCOM. We have a caferteria in our building or the track is OK but its cold out there. Whatever works for you. Let me know or call me. I'll bring my pills so you can see what I'm taking and the size and brand. What does your husband do and where does he work when he is at Fort Lee?
