Jorden that is awesome!!! 3 days is a tiny stall - when it has been a week or a couple of weeks then you start to panic a bit - we all have stalls and all we can do to get through them is to tough it out, drink more water, take more protein and keep making the right food choices and at thos stage you will soon break the plateau - but you can't expect to lose the same amount of weight after the first three or four weeks - so don't get too disappointed - you are doing very very well!
