Hi---I'm new to this board

Hi Everyone, I just found this board (normally hang out on the lapband board) and just wanted to say hi. I had my lapband surgery in early November at VCU and have lost about 30 lbs so far (but I can't figure out how to update my ticker!). Things are going great! Just wanted to say hi and meet some people from Virginia. Denise

Hiyas Denise, welcome to the Virginia board. If your ticker is from tickerfactory.com you can just click on your current ticker and it will take you to the site and you can update there. When your done just copy and paste. Mine updates on this site automatically when I update at the tickerfactory site. Hope this helps. Anna
