Fredericksburg/Stafford Gastric bypass Group Support Meeting will be held on February (Wednesday) 3/21/07 at 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m at our New Location: Fredericksburg-Stafford Activity Ctr 60 Butler Rd, Rm 4, Stafford/Fredericksburg, VA 22405 This meeting is open to anyone who wants to know more about gastric bypass or considering the surgery and want to talk to people who have had it, to people who are scheduled for gastric bypass surgery and to people who have had the surgery. If you had the surgery some time ago and want to get back on track with encouragement - then this meeting is for you! No negativity - only positive encouragement! Come join us this Wednesday 21st to discuss our main topic of Calories in versus Calories out! This is vitally important to those who want to lose weight and especially those who want to sustain that loss and those who have gained but want to go back and lose more. We all struggle with this and portion control, so don't hesitate to come and join us and bring questions! "We are what we eat" is a very true saying. Learn how to make every calories count. Eating empty calories? Find out how NOT to do that! After we discuss that subject, feel free to bring up any topic of Weight Loss that is concerning you or that you are curious about. Thanks for posting the meeting info. I might get wild and crazy and come visit you guys from down here in Colonial Heights one of these Wednesday evenings. The support groups here in Hopewell and the one in Richmond meet on Thursdays and I have Church meetings I'd rather not miss, but I miss going and being with the group. Joe

Sue, (and JT), Thanks for the info. I was seriously considering coming up tonight but my wife has a swim team meeting now and needs me to pickup the swim team car pool tonight at 7 p.m. that pretty much shot the 90 min drive to Fredericksburg at the same hour. How often do you guys meet on Wednesdays? Just once or twice a month? Which week(s)? I'd like to keep attendance open as an option. Variety good for the spirit and meeting new people I already chat with anyways, and that kind of stuff. Anything new on Will and Stephanie and his dad's passing/funeral etc? Joe
