WLS support meeting

Don't forget there is a WLS education meeting tonight at Sentara Virginia Beach General. This one is about nutrition and excercise by the nutritionist. 7pm in the Health Education Building located just across from the ER on the right side of the hospital. Hope to see some of you there! Sheila

Yes, I think so. I've heard it's geared for those a little farther out in their process, but it's on the list they gave me and it's says "you are invited"....so I'm going! It just says call 481-7656 for information and directions.
